NPJワークショップ
アナ・バルデス・リム氏
(ENGLISH BELOW) 名古屋プレイヤーズジュニアは先日、子どもワークショップを開催し舞台演技の基礎を指導しました。指導者アン・バルデス・リムは著名な女優であり演技指導者でもあります。このワークショップに参加した子ども達は、思い出に残る素晴らしい経験ができました。
アナ氏は専門的なことだけでなく、舞台芸術への情熱もセッションに注ぎ込みました。温かく情熱的な姿勢で、様々なアクティビティを通して基礎的なパフォーマンススキルの指導に焦点を当てました。ワークショップでは身体のコントロールに重点を置き、子ども達は自分の身体の動きを意識し、舞台上では身体が表現のツールとなることを学び、姿勢、身振り、動きがどのようにキャラクターや感情を伝えることができるかを探りました。
チームワークはワークショップのもう一つの重要な要素でした。パートナーやグループでのエクササイズを通して、子ども達は協力し合い、交流し、仲間のパフォーマーをサポートすることの大切さを学びました。これらの協調性は、演劇が皆んなで協力して舞台を作り上げる芸術であるという考えを改めて深めるのに役立ちました。
ワークショップの終わりには、子どもたちは実践的なスキルを習得しただけでなく、演劇に求められる規律と創造性への理解を深めることができたと思います。アナ・バルデス・リム氏は素晴らしい指導者であり、インスピレーションを与えてくれます。子ども達が彼女から学ぶ機会を得られたことを、私たちは心から嬉しく思っています。
そして素晴らしいアシスタントを務めてくださったエミリー先生に特に感謝いたします！

Wrap Up: Your Creative Body
NPJ Workshop
With Ana Valdes Lim
Nagoya Players Junior recently hosted a special workshop designed to introduce young performers to the fundamentals of stage acting. Led by the esteemed Ana Valdes Lim—an accomplished actress and acting coach—the workshop offered a hands-on experience that left a lasting impression on our young performers.
Ana brought not only her expertise but also her passion for the performing arts to the session. With warmth and enthusiasm, she guided the children through a variety of interactive activities that focused on building foundational performance skills. The workshop emphasized body control, teaching the children how to be aware of their physical movements and how to use their bodies as expressive tools on stage. They explored how posture, gesture, and movement can convey character and emotion.
Teamwork was another core element of the workshop. Through partner and group exercises, the children learned the value of working together, interacting, and supporting their fellow performers. These collaborative experiences helped reinforce the idea that theater is a shared, collective art form.
By the end of the workshop, the kids not only gained practical skills but also a deeper appreciation for the discipline and creativity involved in theater. Ana Valdes Lim is a true mentor and inspiration, and we are so happy they had the opportunity to learn from her.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS
初めて英語劇に挑戦する方も経験者の方もどなたでも参加できます。オープンワークショップは子供達が演劇舞台を体験できるように構成され、いろんな英語表現や実際の舞台で必要な演じる動作を指導します。また、参加者の子供達だけでなく、保護者様にも劇団について知っていただく良い機会になりますので、ご興味のある方は是非ご参加ください。お待ちしています。
First-timers and returning performers are both welcome. The Open Workshops are designed to give children a soft introduction to the performing arts. Children will practice a variety of English and acting activities used for stage performance. These workshops will help children as well as parents understand the level of commitment needed to join the show.

This high-energy workshop will introduce theatrical play as an essential tool for emotional, social, and language development. Through interactive storytelling, playful movement exercises, drama games, and music, children will learn to focus their energy and unleash their imagination. Body awareness and coordination are key to creating a safe and exciting stage environment.

Elementary (新小学１〜３年）
協調性の構築
このワークショップではみんなで協力し合って舞台を作り上げることを学びます。各シーンにあったイメージを即興的にかつ独創的に創造します。まるでブロックを積み上げていくように自己に気づき、それを自分自身で受け入れて取り込みます。舞台上の役柄を理解し、体の動き、ジェスチャー、即興、自己肯定感を高めていきましょう。
ワークショップのゴール：
- 体の動きの基礎（団体行動・バランス・速度・レベル）
- 体を動かしたり声を出したり自分の限界まで体感する

Elementary Troupe
Building an Ensemble
In this collaborative workshop, young performers will work together to create spontaneous, free, and unique stage pictures and short scenes. Introduction to “awareness” and “permission” as the building blocks of a theatre ensemble. Focus on physicality, gesture, and improvisation to build self-esteem, discover original characters, and foster an encouraging environment of fun and support.
Workshop Goals:
- Fundamental movement skills (group safety, balance, pace, levels)
- Explore the full range of body and voice
- Create your own characters
- Develop an excitement for working together to achieve a goal (objective)
Pre-Teen （新小学４年〜中学生）
自分を信じる
このワークショップでは自らを次のステップへ、また最もクリエイティヴな状態に導けるよう演技のツールを向上させます。軽快なフィジカルアクティビティやヴォーカルエクササイズを通して、人に評価されるストレスや不安、恐れを克服します。自由に演ずることに喜びを感じ、思いのままに自然に振る舞う素晴らしさを体験します。今起きていることに集中し耳を傾け自信を持ってコミュニケーションを図ることに重きを置きます。
ワークショップのゴール：
- 躊躇しないで演ずる
- 緊張をほぐし、他者と協調しながら演じる
- 自然な態度で反応できる
- 台詞をよく理解し演じる
Pre-Teen Troupe
Trust Yourself
This workshop will give developing artists the tools to take their acting to the next level and unlock their most creative self. Through a series of fun physical and vocal exercises, participants will be able to release common tensions like stress, anxiety, and fear of being judged. Students will find joy in free movement and be surprised by the power of their natural instincts. Emphasis on listening and responding to stay present in the moment and communicate with ease and confidence.
Workshop Goals:
- Act before you think
- Free yourself and your ensemble with Awareness and Permission
- Respond truthfully to one another, moment to moment
- Play with Text and Develop a crafting technique rooted in fundamentals (Previous Circumstance, Objective, Actions)
オーディション
ワークショップで学んだスキルがオーディションで生かされます。大役を狙いたい人には役に立つスキルがワークショップで沢山学ぶことができます。2025ショーケースの舞台で台詞のある役を演じたい人はオーディションを受けてください。諸事情によりワークショップを受講できない方でもオーディションのみ￥２０００で受けられます。
Auditions
The skills learned through the workshops will be applied in the audition process. Children who wish to get large and leading roles will greatly benefit from the experience. Children who wish to get speaking parts in the upcoming Nagoya Players Junior Showcase will need to go through the audition process.
Children who don’t complete the workshops will still have the opportunity to audition. However, there will be a one-time participation fee of ¥2000.

INSTRUCTORS
アナ・ヴァルデス・リム
アナ・ヴァルデス・リム氏は全米随一のレベルを誇るジュリアード・パフォーミングアートの専門大学で演劇を専攻し、アメリカとフィリピンで役者として活躍。リンカンセンターにあるthe Koch Theaterやニューヨークにあるthe Public Theater で、映画やテレビ、舞台に出演し、後にハワイ大学マノア校にて演劇指導をする。現役舞台を退いた後の１６年間は演劇に関する本を執筆。彼女の芸術監督としての功績を讃えて称号を贈られる。現在はテレビや映画、オーディションなどを目指す若き役者達にオンラインで指導。２０２３年名古屋プレイヤーズ制作エドワード・アルビー著「アメリカンドリーム」に出演し素晴らしい演技を披露。２０２４年ウィリアム・シェークスピア「ロミオとジュリエット」演出担当し大好評を博す。
ANA VALDES LIM
Ana Valdes Lim is a Juilliard School, Drama graduate, from New York who has acted and trained actors in the United States and the Philippines. As an actress, Ana has worked on film, TV and the stage including the Koch Theater, in Lincoln Center, the Public Theater in New York. Ana is also a teacher, she received her teaching credentials from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is an author of several acting books and received Emerita after retiring 16 years as artistic director of Metta. Ana coaches actors online, internationally, and helps actors for their auditions in tv, film, theater, and auditions. Ana recently acted in Nagoya Players’ production of Edward Albee’s The American Dream (2023) and directed William Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet (2024).
コリー・アレグザンダー・マジャンスキー
コリー・アレグザンダー・マジャンスキー氏はニューヨークのコロンビア大学で日本語や日本文学・歴史を専攻し、その傍、演劇の学校に通う。卒業後はニューヨークで劇作家・演出家・役者として活躍。２０２４年英会話講師として来日。マイズナーメソッドと呼ばれる演技方法で役柄に没入し素晴らしい表現力を発揮。NYのマギー・フラニガン・スタジオで劇作家として活躍。来日早々の２０２４年には名古屋プレイヤーズ制作「ロミオとジュリエット」に出演し、多くの観客を魅了。また、アメリカの演劇団体コートラックの支援を受け、２０２４年オリジナル作品で舞台制作。２０２５NPJ子供英語劇を指導する機会を与えられた事に縁を感じ感謝する。
KORY ALEXANDER MAJANSKY
Kory is a theatre writer, director, actor and english teacher for kids and adults. They are from New York and graduated Columbia University with a degree in Japanese language, culture, and history. They developed a strong background in Meisner Acting technique, open movement, natural voice, and playwriting at the Maggie Flanigan Studio (NYC). Last year Kory performed in Romeo & Juliet (2024) and loved being a part of the Nagoya Players community. Founder of Coat Rack, an experimental theatre group that produces original stories for the stage, Kory wants to remind us that it’s called a play for a reason. So let’s play!

バイリンガルの子供達は月齢が早い段階で、その外国語環境を整えることにより外国語を身につけています。それは将来に向けての揺るぎない財産になることは間違いありません。そこで、私たち名古屋プレイヤーズは「初級」「中級」「上級」を対象にしたプログラムを作成し英語環境作りをお手伝いして参ります。
Nagoya Players’ English Education Initiative (EEI) has been developed to encourage a life-long love of language study in the residents of Aichi. From youth to adults we are creating materials and organizing events that will aid learners in their pursuit of mastering the English language. And have fun at the same time!
We firmly believe that early exposure to English is a key indicator for future success. Children who develop foreign language skills early in life routinely show improved performance at school and gain access to better career opportunities.
With each Nagoya Players’ show we also organize Kids, Beginner, Intermediate and Advance English programs to encourage everyone to further pursue their studies.

NPJ Showcase 2024
ショーケースについて
名古屋プレイヤーズ・ジュニア・ショーケース２０２４は前回と同様オリジナル・ミニ・ミュージカルに一幕劇を加えて、２つの演目を予定しています。演劇を通して子供達の英語力を高め、表現力や踊りの技術を磨き、ボーカルのトレーニングも取り入れ、バージョンアップした作品をお届けします。
２０２４年度舞台はElementaryチーム（５〜９歳）とPre-teenチーム（１０〜１３歳）の２つのグループを構成し、Elementaryチームはオリジナル・ミニ・ミュージカル 「The Jollyville Treasure」、Pre-Teenクラスは「The Cat Who Walked by Herself 」を演じます。
前回の舞台では幼児チームも出演しましたが、子供達も年を重ね成長してきました。そこで、今年度は小学生チームには5歳から参加可能とし、小学生高学年以上は別の舞台を制作することになりました。
The Jollyville Treasureはオリジナルミュージカルで「幸福への鍵」をテーマに子供達が宝のありかを示した地図を見つけ、宝探しに出来かける話です。その宝探しの道中には不思議な生き物に出会い、宝箱の鍵のありかを教えてもらいます。
Pre-Teen グループが演ずるThe Cat Who Walked by Herself はオリジナルの一幕劇でイギリスの作家ラドヤード・キップリングの『独りで歩いた猫』を脚色した作品です。ESL（English as a Second Language英語以外を母国語とする人たちのための英語)の教材に舞台演出を加え、友達や家族の絆をメッセージとし、少しだけコメディタッチに脚色しました。英語のレベルを上げて高学年から中学にかけて英語力向上へ繋げていけることと思います。
脚本、舞台演出、振り付け、音楽はShawn先生、Jeff先生、Ben先生、あやこ先生の４人が再び担当します。
英語力が初級レベルでも舞台演技が好きな方なら参加可能です。役柄は各々の個性やレベルに合わせて割り当てられます。
オーディションは５月１１日土曜日に行います。
名古屋プレイヤーズショーケース２０２４の本番は名古屋市青少年交流プラザ ユースクエアにて１２月公演予定しています。

Acting Basics Workshop Wrap Up
(日本語は英語に続く) We recently wrapped NP’s Acting Basics Workshop, and we’re so impressed with the results. Over the course of 10 sessions, we were able to see remarkable improvement in body language, movement, delivery, voice control, stage presence, and more. Each of the participants reached new levels of ability and skill. Everyone had such a positive attitude and gave their best effort. It was a joy to get together on the weekends and see the progression. The camaraderie and supportive atmosphere were amazing.
Throughout the workshop, Acting Coach Ana Valdes Lim put each actor through a series of rigorous exercises, and her mentorship helped them hone their skills, gain confidence, and add versatility and depth to their roles. All this hard work culminated in a captivating showcase that highlighted their growth and talent. The audience observed a few of the exercises and received a brief explanation of the techniques and their purposes. We then moved onto scene work that demonstrated acting fundamentals, improvisation, character development, voice modulation, and emotional depth. We saw powerful monologues and intense dialogues, with each actor demonstrating their newfound abilities. The audience enjoyed several compelling performances filled with nuance, emotional depth, and strong characterization. It was remarkable watching each participant transform on stage, capturing the audience’s attention.
We have a busy 2024 season planned. Many of the participants from this workshop will be taking on roles in NP’s upcoming production of Romeo & Juliet (September 2024). We can’t wait to see how they will take the skills learned in the classroom and apply them to a live performance. We’re currently looking at how we can introduce more workshops and opportunities for actors in the near future. １０回に渡るセッションでは、ボディランゲージ、ムーブメント、伝達、ボイスコントロール、ステージ上での表現メソッドなど舞台に必要な基礎的な技術の指導を受け、参加者それぞれはとても前向きで努力を惜しまず、みんなで協力し助け合いながら団結し、練習を積み重ね個々の能力や技術のスキルアップを達成する事ができました。
指導者 アナ ヴァルデス リム先生はワークショップの期間中、厳しい練習を課しました。彼女の育成方法は参加者の技術向上をはかりながら、自信をつけ台詞を多角的に深く理解したりと演技手法の骨となる土台を指導して下さいました。参加者は練習を積み重ねることで各々のパフォーマンスは最高潮に達し、最終日にはワークショップで学んだエクササイズやメソッド、そして、アクティング基礎のデモンストレーション、即興、役柄表現、声の使い方、感情移入などをショーケースとしてまとめ、ご家族ご友人などに披露しました。中でも力強いモノローグや激しいダイアログを演じることは参加者にとって初めての挑戦で新たなる学びでした。説得力のある演技や深い感情表現や個性的な役柄は観客の皆様を圧倒させたことと思います。
２０２４年９月にはロミオとジュリエットを企画中です。ワークショプ参加者の多くがキャストに加わりワークショップで学んだスキルを生かして次回の舞台制作に臨め、それは、大きな目標が達成でき、成長したキャストの演技がとても楽しみです。今後も次なるワークショップを検討中ですので、ニュースレターの購読登録をしていただき、イベントや舞台など名古屋プレイヤーズの活動をフォローしていただけますようお願いします。
Acting Basics Workshop Course #1
(日本語は英語に続く) This Sunday will be the final day of NP’s Acting Basics Workshop Course #1. We are so impressed with everyone’s progress. It has been really interesting to see this class learn and develop. They have embraced every exercise their acting coach, Ana Valdes Lim, throws at them (even the silly ones:) and exceeded expectations.
The class is a mix of first-time performers and regular cast members with a wide range of backgrounds, ages, and cultures. It’s one of the most diverse groups we’ve had, and it’s beautiful to watch the way everyone gets along, supports each other, and works together.
Course #1 has laid a solid foundation and shown participants the importance of training your body for performance. Everything from movement and awareness to breathing and improvisation has been covered.
In Course #2 will continue to incorporate physical activities, but more time will be spent on preparing actors to perform convincingly, authentically, and effectively on stage.

演技の基礎ワークショップ：コース１は今週日曜日が最終日です。参加された方々はステップを徐々に踏みながら、次々へと繰り広げられるアクティング練習を柔軟に受け入れ、回を重ねるごとに上達していっています。さすが、アナ先生の指導は評判通りとてもプロフェッショナル。無理なく楽しく参加でき、あっという間の３時間です。
今回のワークショップには初めて演技を試みる方から、既に舞台経験がある方まで様々な人たちが参加しています。年齢差や異文化など７カ国からバックグラウンドの違う人々で構成され、同じ志を共有し、助け合い、協調し合って練習を重ねています。そして、それはグローバルで国際的な空間です。
コース１ではパフォーマンスの基礎固めとして体の動きや息の使い方や即興など、体に馴染ませることの大切さを学びました。
コース２は引き続き舞台上での基礎的な動作の練習を重ね、効果的な表現方法なども取り入れていきます。

Acting Basics Workshop
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Veteran of stage, television, and film, Ana Valdes Lim, will be conducting a 10-session workshop to help beginner~intermediate actors improve their fundamentals and enhance performance. The workshop has been designed with a focus on progression. Early sessions will introduce fundamental exercises that will prepare participants for more intense training later on.
The workshop will be divided into 2 courses. Course #1 will be 4 sessions from Sept~Oct and will focus on introductory skills. Course #2 will be 6 sessions from Nov~Dec and will build upon the skills learned in Course #1. Course #2 will focus on the study and delivery of dialogue and scene work. We encourage participants to sign up and commit to completing both courses in order to maximize their learning experience.
Sessions will be conducted in easy-to-understand English. The workshop will be highly physical. Participants will learn to express themselves through their bodies and voices. Participants will be expected to fully participate in all physical and vocal exercises.
The workshop will encompass rehearsal and performance techniques such as movement, physical expression, body readiness, improvisation, monologue, screen testing, auditioning, and at-home preparation.
At the end of the workshop, a limited-viewing presentation of select monologues or scenes will be performed by the participants.
This workshop will be a good opportunity for both students of the performing arts as well as English-language learners. The Courses have been designed to ease participants into the activities and then guide them toward progressing their skill sets.

舞台、テレビ、映像分野で活躍中のアナ ヴァルデス リム先生による演技の基礎を伝授するワークショップのお知らせです。初級から中級者の方々を対象に全１０回で基礎固めと演技力向上を目指します。コース前半には基礎づくりのための演技演習を中心に、後半にはより高い演技力を引き出して行きます。
コース１（前期）は９月〜１０月に４回開催し、演劇の基礎を学びます。コース２（後期）は１１月〜１２月に６回開催し、コース１で習得した演劇の基礎をベースに情景に合わせより深い表現力を追求します。演技力を高め、より磨くにはコース１とコース２を両方受講することをお勧めします。
ワークショップは簡単な英語で指導し、体の動きを多く取り入れます。動作練習とボイストレーニング全１０回は体の動きや声の出し方を通して表現方法を学び、ボディーランゲージを読み取り、即興、一人芝居、スクリーンテスティング、オーディション、自主練習など舞台上の表現に関わるすべての技術を効果的に学びます。
ワークショップ終了時には一人芝居のプレゼンテーションをしていただきます。
このワークショップは演劇に興味のある方々がステップアップしやすいように入念に企画されパフォーミングの技術向上だけでなく英語力向上にも絶好の機会となり、社会生活のいろんな場面でも効果を発揮できる事と思います。

Ana Valdes Lim has over 40 years of experience acting and coaching actors for stage, TV, and film. She holds degrees in Theater from The Juilliard School, in Education from the University of Hawaii, and in Arts Management from the Asian Institute of Management. She is also the author of four books on acting.
アナ ヴァルデス リム先生は４０年以上に渡り、舞台、テレビ、映像などの出演者に演技指導をしています。世界的に有名なアメリカ・ジュリアードで演劇を学び、ハワイ大学で教育学を専攻し、アジア経営専門学校で芸術マネージメントを習得し、演技に関する本を４冊出版しています。

Summer Intensive Acting Workshop Wrap Up
Our first Intensive Acting Workshop with Ana Valdes Lim was a fun, challenging, and thought-provoking experience. It was fascinating to watch participants, both beginners and veteran performers, open up and display their creativity. The session was filled with movement and improvisation exercises utilizing Ana’s engaging and holistic approach to nurturing acting skills. Under her expert guidance, we embarked on an exciting journey of artistic exploration.
From the very beginning, the workshop fostered a supportive and inclusive environment that encouraged participants to step out of their comfort zones. Ana set the tone for an enjoyable and empowering learning atmosphere. Her ability to break down complex concepts and techniques into digestible, actionable steps ensured that everyone felt at ease and was ready to explore their potential.
One aspect that made this workshop truly outstanding was its emphasis on movement exercises. These exercises not only helped us connect with our bodies but also enabled us to develop a deeper understanding of physicality and spatial awareness. By exploring various techniques such as inviting personal contact, mirroring, and group coordination, we were able to tap into a more profound level of expressiveness.
Improvisation exercises were another integral component of the workshop, and they truly brought out a lot of spontaneity and creativity. Participants were challenged to think on their feet, trust their instincts, and let go of inhibitions. It was remarkable to witness the transformative power of improvisation as we discovered hidden facets of our personalities and developed the confidence to react authentically.
The initial feedback we have received has been overwhelmingly positive. We believe this type of workshop will create a solid foundation of skills and techniques for performers of all levels. We’re currently planning a follow-up workshop for July 2023, and we’ll also be developing a monthly offering with a set curriculum and steady progression for people interested in enhancing their stage performance.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
If you’re interested in discovering what actor training is like, this class will be an essential part of your discovery. The workshop will focus on the basics of physicality for actors. You learn how to train and prepare for auditions and rehearsals. An actor’s physicality requires focus, concentration, strength, expression, and emotion. The actor’s body is their instrument, in the same way a pianist uses a piano. Learn the basic elements to bring life to your audition, rehearsal, and artistic practice.
Beginner friendly! New actors and veterans are both welcome.
The Workshop will be conducted in easy to understand English. Japanese speakers will be on hand to provide translation when needed.
This is a special one-time event. Space is limited.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect to run, freeze, jump, and explore the limits of your physical body. In this workshop, Acting Coach and Veteran Performer Ana Valdes Lim will guide participants through rigorous physical training.
An actor’s body can reflect a character’s age, status, psychology, social and cultural history. The body can also be used as an object, a tree, a plane, or a table. This class will prepare participants to develop the courage to transform their body quickly to the demands of a role or project.

PRESENTER
Ana Valdes Lim is a Juilliard School drama graduate who has acted and trained actors in the United States and the Philippines. As an actress, Ana has worked on film, TV and the stage including the Lincoln Center’s Koch Theater, the Public Theater in New York, and the soap, As the World Turns, including several commercials. Ana has more than 40 years of experience teaching, acting, and directing. She is an author of several acting books and received Emerita after retiring 16 years as artistic director of Metta, Assumption School theater. Ana’s teaching credentials are from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Ana is new to Nagoya, having moved here, with her husband, Ricky Lim, who is a professor for NUCB. Ana coaches actors online, internationally, and helps actors for their auditions in TV, film, theater, and training programs.
アナバルデスリム氏は、ジュリアード学院にて演劇コースを修了し、アメリカにて俳優として、また演技指導者として活動していました。作品はテレビ、コーク劇場をはじめとするNYの公立劇場での舞台作品や、
ソープオペラ、そしてたくさんのコマーシャルにも出演しています。40年以上の演技、指導、
自身の演出経験があり、演劇に関する著書も多数あります。
16年に及ぶMetta Assumption Schoolでの指導を栄誉をもって退職されました。
指導者資格は、ハワイ大学マノア校にて取得されています。アナは、
夫のリッキーリム氏の名古屋商科大学への教授就任に伴い、名古屋へ引っ越してきたばかりです。

次回の名古屋プレイヤーズJr.ショーケースは再びオリジナル・ミニ・ミュージカルが登場します。舞台に参加する子供たちは英語・演技・ダンスを学び 今回はボーカルトレーニングも取り入れて、バージョンアップします。
次の舞台のタイトルは「Penny’s World of Dreams」。「分かち合い」をテーマにストーリーが展開します。
Pennyは夢の中。クッキーパーティが始まります。豚のおもちゃZAGはとっても意地悪。お友達みんなを傷つけてしまいます。さあ、友達を助けるためにPennyのアドベンチャーが始まります。
ジェフ・フリッチ氏が再び舞台を演出し、ベン・ドーマン氏が音楽を担当します。
第４回名古屋プレイヤーズ・ショーケース２０２３「Penny’s World of Dreams」の舞台では年中さん〜小学６年生のお子様の参加を募集いたします。初めての方、英語レベル初級の方でも大歓迎！！それぞれのレベルに合った役が当てられます。そして、３回のワークショップ参加後、舞台に出てみたいなって思ったら、６月から始まる本コースにお申し込みください。また、今年度は配役を決めるために小学生のみ５月２０日（土）にオーディションを行います。
また、「Penny`s World of Dreams」は２０２３年１２月ユースクエアで公演を予定しています。
ワークショップについて
４・５月に3回オープンワークショップを開催します。
初めての方も経験者もみ〜んな大歓迎です。このオープンワークショップはパフォーミングアートへの導入編。舞台で必要な英語表現やパフォーマンスアクションを学びます。ワークショップに参加してみて、１２月の舞台で「やってみたい！」と思ったら、是非、本コースへお申し込みください。ワークショップでは次の舞台で使用する音楽やセリフも指導します。オープンワークショップを受講するとオーディションが受けやすくなりますが、経験者に限り、オープンワークショップ受講が必須ではありません。
オープンワークショップ3回の後、オーディションを経て、本コース（舞台に向けた練習）「Showcase Workshop」が６月から始まります。練習場所は今池スタジオまたは内山コミュニティーセンターにて開催します。
半年間の練習期間はお子様の送迎や宿題のフォローなど保護者のご協力が不可欠となりますので、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

EEI ( ナゴヤ・プレイヤーズ英語教育研究会）では英語習得を目指しているの方々が楽しみながら英語をマスターできるようサポート活動しています。
生きた英語を身につけるにはなるべく早い段階で英語環境を作ることが鍵だと考えます。
バイリンガルの子供達は月齢が早い段階で、その外国語環境を整えることにより外国語を身につけています。それは将来に向けての揺るぎない財産になることは間違いありません。そこで、私たち名古屋プレイヤーズは「初級」「中級」「上級」を対象にしたプログラムを作成し英語環境作りをお手伝いして参ります。

（ミュージカルの舞台練習）
名古屋プレイヤーズJr. は子供英語演劇やミュージカルを毎年企画公演しています。
この舞台はパフォーマンスを通して英語力が向上できることを目指し、人前での発話に自信をつけ、コミュニケーション能力を高めるのに効果的で最適な環境です。
英語能力は問いません。初級の方には簡単なセリフを、上級の方には長いセリフが割り当てられます。それぞれのレベルに合わせて、チャレンジすることを大切にしています。
次回チャリティーショーケースは２０２２年１２月に公演を予定しています。（会場は未定）
期間は６月から１２月までで、舞台に向けての練習になりますので、舞台に参加することが条件となります。
幼児クラス 「ミッシーのクリスマス」
３〜６歳児向けに書かれたのオリジナル作品です。およそ１０分くらいの演目でとても簡単な英語で作られています。
小学生クラス 「みつはちブギーの１日」
６〜１２歳児向けに書かれたオリジナルミュージカル作品です。出演者は演技とダンスの両方の練習をします。３０分くらいの演目で１０〜１５名ほど募集します。

創業４０年英会話教室IPEアカデミーは０歳からご年配の方まで幅広い年齢の方が楽しく英語が学べるコースを取り揃えています。通常の英会話クラスに加えて、英語を使って音楽、アート、演技、歌など芸術を体感しながら英語に触れ合うことができる体感型クラスを設けています。

講師：ジェフ先生（アメリカ人）のプロフィール

Nagoya Players’ English Education Initiative
EEI ( ナゴヤ・プレイヤーズ英語教育研究会）では英語習得を目指しているの方々が楽しみながら英語をマスターできるようサポート活動しています。
生きた英語を身につけるにはなるべく早い段階で英語環境を作ることが鍵だと考えます。
バイリンガルの子供達は月齢が早い段階で、その外国語環境を整えることにより外国語を身につけています。それは将来に向けての揺るぎない財産になることは間違いありません。そこで、私たち名古屋プレイヤーズは「初級」「中級」「上級」を対象にしたプログラムを作成し英語環境作りをお手伝いして参ります。
